What Frontline ONE's AI actually does
In short: it operates your digital twin on spoken instruction, turns a service manual into a guided procedure, runs workflows your team draws as agents, translates a whole procedure into 14 languages, answers questions from your own documents with the page it came from, and keeps all of it metered, permissioned, and switchable off.

OPERATES THE DIGITAL TWIN
An AI-powered digital twin isn't one you can only ask about, it's one you can change.
Say "make the cooling fan housing brushed steel and hide the drive belt guard" and it finds the part by loose name, applies a real material, updates visibility and reports what it did.
It frames cameras, puts a named hotspot on every bolt in an assembly, and works out for itself which part has to come off first in a disassembly.
Nothing is applied silently: a change card lists every edit, and waits for Apply.

CREATES THE CONTENT
Upload a maintenance manual and the product recognises it as a procedure rather than a reference document, and offers to build one.
AI reads the manual and drafts titled steps (Lock out main power supply, Remove side access panel) counting them up as they land, then presents all of them as a single card.
Nothing exists in the project until you press Apply. The same works from a CAD file: one request builds the twin, writes the procedure and links them together.

AGENTIC AI
A warranty claim arrives. Is it covered, does it need a part looked up, or should it escalate?
Someone on your team draws that decision once as a flowchart, and AI makes the call on every claim after that, reading the request, choosing the branch, posting the verified claim to your ERP or handing off to a spare-part lookup agent, then replying to the requester.
No developer required: The service manager builds it, not a developer. Nothing here is code. Each time you publish, the agent is saved as a new version you can go back to, and you decide which roles are allowed to run it.

LANGUAGES
Fourteen languages are translated by AI, with around seventy more addable through a basic translation service.
Pick your languages and they finish together rather than in a queue. A technician then switches language from a globe in the player and the step they're standing on changes, with the read-aloud voice following.
For work needing certified sign-off, export every line to a spreadsheet, have it reviewed, and import it back.

ANSWERS FROM YOUR DOCUMENTS
Upload your service manuals, checklists and walkthrough videos.
When a technician asks a question, the assistant answers from those documents and shows the passage it used, with a link that opens the manual at that page or the video at that second.
Your documents are never used to train anything: they are searched when the question is asked, so turning a file off stops it being used immediately.
New uploads stay switched off until someone approves them, and if the answer isn't in your documents, the assistant says so rather than guessing.

CONTROL
Each workspace gets a monthly AI allowance and a usage page showing what spent it, topped up in seconds without a sales call.
A single workspace-level switch, separate from user permissions, turns AI off entirely: when its off the assistant does not appear at all, and guests never see it either way.
Agents can only contact systems you have added to an approved list, and private or internal network addresses are refused outright, with no administrator override.
